Classes and Workshops
In-Person Mat-Based Class
My 90 minute in-person mat-based class at Sunnyside Barn is suitable for all. It is designed to help you ease into movements mindfully, helping you to develop balance, strength, mobility and flexibility at your own pace. I focus on gentle movements and use modified versions of yoga postures using props. (I provide all props with the exception of mats, blankets and eye pillows). We learn simple breathing techniques that we can use in everyday life. We finish every class with a gentle relaxation practice, so that you can leave feeling replenished and refreshed.
Our Menopause Journey Workshops
Our Menopause Journey can be a positive experience with the right support. I guide workshops related to understanding, managing and alleviating menopause-related symptoms. For the next workshop date please click here
ONLINE Mat-Based Class
This 90 minute class is the same as the in-person, mat-based class but takes place via Zoom, making it an ideal choice for anyone that prefers to practice in the quiet space of their own home.
One To One Classes
I teach one-to-one classes in the comfort of your own home. Sessions are tailored to support your personal physical and mental wellbeing. Please note that yoga is not an alternative to medical advice or medication.
Seated and Standing Class
(Chair Yoga)
This 75 minute in-person class takes place at Sunnyside Barn and is ideal for older adults and for anyone recovering from injury or illness. We practice seated on a chair or standing up using the chair or wall for support. After the class we enjoy a cup of tea and a chat.
Sound Baths and Yoga Nidra
I run regular sound baths and Yoga Nidra sessions in-person at Sunnyside Barn. These aim to support relaxation and deep rest, a key aspect of our wellbeing. For the next Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra event please click here.
